With more than 15 years of experience advising both public institutions and private companies, Naschda is a lawyer with a Master's degree in International Business Law and a solid background in public and private law. For international clients, she leads the firm's work on property matters in Chile: title deeds, land and parcel regularization, inheritance and real-estate transactions.

Jocelyn Balić Velić
Specialist in Sustainability, Environmental Regulation and Compliance
Advises companies on ESG assessments, carbon-footprint inventories, circular economy and compliance. She designs crime-prevention models and integrity programs aligned with Chile's Law 20.393 and ISO 37301 standards.
As Compliance Officer of Fundación Junto al Barrio she implemented its compliance system and oversaw the proper use of public funds. At Banco de Chile she coordinated external counsel, managed a mortgage portfolio and worked with the Risk and Legal departments on legal and commercial strategy.
She led the regional organic-waste assessment for RedOnda alongside the Magallanes Environmental Authority, and has taught Environmental Law and Sustainability at Universidad Mayor.

International Trade Engineer with a diploma in International Business from Universidad de Chile, now completing Industrial Engineering. She has over 20 years of experience in international sales and industrial market development in sectors such as steel, metalworking and manufacturing.
She has led commercial expansion, market-entry and brand-positioning strategies across Latin America, the United States and Hispanic markets, with key roles at companies such as ArcelorMittal, Rheem Chilena and Continental Lensa.
She leads the International Market Development practice at Osiadacz Abogados, helping mid-sized companies and startups expand internationally in a structured, profitable and sustainable way.
